Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 to create an account, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to make a donation. Parents and guardians are responsible for the children they invite into their hub.

Keep your password and invite links private — anyone with an invite link can join your hub. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and in the hub you own, including removing members you no longer want there.

Play nice. Do not use the app to harass, bully, or threaten anyone; to post illegal, hateful, or sexual content in names, drawings, or chat; to impersonate someone else; to break, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service; or to attempt to access other people's hubs or data. We may suspend or remove accounts, hubs, or content that breaks these rules.

You keep ownership of the names, drawings, chat messages, and custom answers you create. You give us permission to store and display that content as needed to operate the app for you and the other members of your hub.

Donations are voluntary, support ongoing development, and are not a purchase of any product or feature. They are processed by Stripe under their terms. Donations are generally non-refundable; if something went wrong, email tothag84@gmail.com and we will look into it.

The app is provided free of charge and "as is". We may add, change, or remove games and features, and we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken or if we need to protect the service or its users.
